Annette Ryan Murphy, Managing Director
Annette Ryan-Murphy is a highly experienced director having held two previous directorships before setting up her business in 2003. Annette has over 25 years’ experience in Hotel, Leisure and Contract Catering. She demonstrates effective problem solving, attention to detail and achieves commercial goals. She is passionate about food and ensuring exceptional quality standards.
Annette will commit to attending termly review meetings throughout the duration of the contract and also spend two days each month to directly influence the business at site level in the first year of the contract.
Suzanne Ailes, Operations Director
Suzanne has recently joined Nourish bringing over 25 years experience in both the Educational sector and Business & Industry. She is committed to providing fresh nutritious food to the students. Suzanne is responsible for operational focus and effectiveness of the business.
Duncan La Roche, Business Development Executive
Duncan works to source new business and more importantly develop existing business. His strengths lie particularly in his knowledge of the retail sector which is beneficial in quality, merchandising and marketing of current trends. Duncan works closely with our local suppliers ensuring the correct products are purchased and delivered in a cost effective, timely manner.
Siobhan Djemal, Operations Manager
Siobhan’s ‘hands on’ operational approach has proved very successful with clients and staff alike. Understanding and positive attitude has ensured she achieves speedy results. Siobhan has worked in School Catering for over 18 years and joined Nourish as a Senior Manager in 2008, being promoted to Operations Manager in 2010.
Sophie Russell, Operations Manager
Sophie has worked for Nourish for the past four years and has progressed from kitchen assistant to Operations Manager, being promoted to Unit Manager, Cluster Manager and now Operations Manager since September 2014. Sophie is an exciting new member of the senior team ensuring high standards are continued throughout.
Stephen Murphy, Director of Finance
Stephen is involved in the financial direction and management of the Company and Annette and Stephen work closely together to devise the future strategy of the Company. Stephen oversees the financial controls on a monthly basis.
He is also Managing Director/Part Owner of a successful building company (Rise Contracts LTD) bringing a wide range of knowledge and experience to the team.
Debbie Parkinson, Office Manager
Debbie has been with Nourish for the last seven years running the Head Office. Debbie started working in one of our kitchens and progressed into her current position, she has still, when needed helped out with functions as well as in the school kitchens. Debbie now heads up our Payroll department and works closely with our external support services.
Julie Watson, Operations Manager
Julie joined Nourish in 2010 as an Operations Manager and is experienced in Workplace Catering, Customer Service and Primary School Catering. She has worked within the catering industry for 25 years. Julie works closely with her cluster managers to ensure a smooth running area.
