Our menus are based on seasonal fresh foods that use less fat, less salt and less sugar, all our meals are prepared daily by our experienced and dedicated team.
Each day there is a selection of hot homemade dishes, one of which is always vegetarian. There is a minimum of two vegetables and four salad choices daily. All of our menus are well balanced with protein and carbohydrates. We encourage increased fibre in the child’s diet and operate a nut free policy.
Nourish’s menus have been prepared in compliance with the School Food Trust Nutrient Standards and have all been fully nutritionally analysed by our nutritionalist.
Varied Menu Selection
Menus change in line with the seasons, we currently offer a 3 weekly cycle 3 times per year. Alongside this, we work closely with our clients to run theme weeks and special promotional days in accordance with the school curriculum. We also work with our school councils, arranging taster days to sample new possible dishes for the upcoming menu and provide Nourish with feedback.
