Awarded in September 2022, as part of the mobilisation we were also tasked with finding a Catering Manager prior to mobilisation.
Our Senior Operations Manager Keighley Ridler and recent recruit hit the ground running not only filling the Catering Manager position but quickly building a good working relationship with both the catering team and school to ensure Nourish were able to deliver the catering service we had promised but exceed expectations. Keighley has worked tiresomely with the school to tweak the menus to suit the pupil demographics adjusting portion sizes across the year groups. As a result, we are now serving 294 meals in comparison to an initial 250 meals a day. Keighley and the team have worked tiresomely to promote the meals through
