Primary School – 270 meals per day

This primary school were looking for a proactive supplier to work in partnership to improve the quality of the food and meal uptake. The school wanted a team that worked well together, understanding the pupil requirements and working closely with the school.

Nourish has supported the team on site, working closely with the school to improve the menu offer tailoring this to the pupil demographic.

Prior to contract mobilisation our day-to-day client spent every lunchtime in the dining hall supporting service, monitoring speed of service and food portions and wastage. The client has expressed how happy he is with the Nourish service, recognising that he no longer has to oversee the operation.
